Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Nestflex.ca ("Nestflex," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of TermsBy booking a reservation with Nestflex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, House Rules, and any other policies or agreements provided to you. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is not confirmed until we have received full payment or an approved payment plan.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Security Deposit: Nestflex requires a refundable security deposit to be pre-authorized on your credit card. This deposit is intended to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning fees, lost keys, or unauthorized late check-out. The deposit amount will be communicated to you prior to booking.
- Payment Security: We use a secure, third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Guest Cancellation: The specific cancellation policy for your booking will be clearly outlined during the reservation process. Generally, our policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in may be subject to a partial or no refund.
- Refund Timeline: All eligible refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated by the guest, the refund process will be paused and transferred to a formal dispute resolution handled by the financial institutions. This process can take up to 90 days or longer to resolve. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues and avoid chargebacks, which significantly delay the refund process.
4. House Rules and Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the property’s specific House Rules, which will be provided prior to check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.
- Guests must be respectful of neighbors and local community rules regarding noise levels and common area usage.
- Fulfillment of Service: Our service is considered fulfilled once the check-in time has passed and property access has been granted, regardless of whether the guest occupies the property.
5. Property Access and Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in/Check-out: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Property Condition: Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition upon check-out.
6. Liability and DamagesNestflex is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. We are also not liable for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs on the property.
7. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., British Columbia], and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
